Research interests

Professor Vinnicombe's research is in control engineering, from the control of large scale systems such as the power grid to the role of feedback mechanisms in the cell.

Teaching interests

Professor Vinnicombe has taught most subjects in Part I of the Engineering Tripos, and Control, Information Engineering and Mathematics at Part II.
